Faith is very professional, knowledgeable and encouraging! She truly cares for her clients and plans her training programmes according to individual fitness levels and needs. I’ve never been a fan of exercising but she helped me discover my love for pilates (while it’s relaxing; you also get a good workout)! I trained with her prenatal and ended fitter than pre-pregnancy. I also benefited a lot from the exercises that helped with pregnancy discomforts and initial recovery post-partum. I look forward to continuing the postnatal journey with her!

I used to do Pilates a long time ago, and came back to it after the birth of my second child, this time with Faith. From the first session where I felt I had no control over my core and was aching all over my back, to 12 weeks later - I am definitely in a much better place now. I feel stronger, and the aches in the back and pelvis have subsided. Faith is very patient and meticulous in customizing each postnatal session to suit my needs. I love that each session also has something new and different to look forward to. She even teaches me how to do some of the simple exercises at home and to incorporate Pilates into my daily life. I always leave each session feeling invigorated; having gained from her knowledge and passion for Pilates. Thanks Faith - I am really glad & grateful for the opportunity to do Pilates with you!
